2. Prices and Import Taxes
All prices on the Website are indicated in LKR.
Given our direct-to-consumer fulfillment model, our watches are shipped directly from our international manufacturing partners.

Customs and Import Duties: Prices displayed do not include potential import duties, customs taxes, or local VAT that may be applied by French customs upon the package's arrival in the European Union. These additional charges, if applicable, remain the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
3. Orders and Payment
By completing the checkout process, you make a legally binding offer to purchase the selected timepieces.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. The contract of sale is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation email.

Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via our global payment acquiring gateways. We accept major credit and debit cards. The total amount is debited at the time of order placement.
4. Shipping and Delivery (Livraison)
We fulfill orders through a streamlined supply chain to keep costs low.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery to France generally takes between 7 to 15 business days after the order has been processed. Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

Delays: If delivery exceeds 30 days from the order date, the Customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund in accordance with French consumer law (Article L216-2 of the Consumer Code).
5. Right of Withdrawal (Droit de Rétractation)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your watch to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Condition of Goods: The watch must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact.

6. Legal Warranties (Garanties Légales)
Consumers in France benefit from two primary legal warranties:

Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Article L217-4 of the Consumer Code): We are liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery for a period of two (2) years. You may choose between repair or replacement of the watch.

Guarantee Against Hidden Defects (Article 1641 of the Civil Code): We guarantee against hidden defects that render the watch unfit for its intended use. You have two (2) years from the discovery of the defect to invoke this warranty.
